taffypulller asked: In my anatomy & physiology II class we just got done with the endocrine system and the one thing I still can't believe is you'd die within a week if you had no adrenal glands/not enough adrenal hormone production. That's just amazing! So then if you get a kidney transplant, you not only have to have a match, but be sure the adrenal gland(s) will still work and secrete hormones....
